Chandigarh: The ASI of Maloya police station in Chandigarh has been accused of pushing and shoving a woman and her companions. The video of this has also surfaced. But the victim’s side is not ready to say anything in this matter yet. This family is a resident of Maloya’s flat. This dispute has happened regarding the settlement of a case related to an accident that happened a week ago.
The victim has been identified as Rehman Khan. In the video, the ASI is seen pushing and shoving the young man and snatching his mobile phone. This incident is said to have happened on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the information, this case is related to the woman’s accident. This woman had an accident on June 17. She was treated at Sector 16 Government Hospital in Chandigarh. But no police complaint was lodged there.
Later, these people complained about it at the police station. However, due to the absence of a medical-legal case (MLC), no action has been taken on it. Regarding this, the police called both parties to the police station today.
In this case, Assistant Sub Inspector Tatinder Singh said that this case was with him. There was talk of a settlement between the two parties in this case. After this, these people started making videos. I tried to call them inside the police station. But they did not come inside the police station and kept making videos continuously. This dispute has happened regarding this matter.
