Palwal: The kidnapping of a minor girl from a local bus stand by luring her for Chowmein to the village bus stand under the pretext of eating chowmein has come to light in Palwal, Haryana. On the complaint of the minor’s father, the Utawad police station started the action by registering a case of kidnapping against a named accused.
According to Utawad police station in-charge Tek Singh, the elderly father, a resident of a village in Hathin subdivision, has said in his complaint that a youth named Prince Ansari used to visit his house. Due to this, all the members of his family knew Prince Ansari. It is alleged that on June 5, he went to his village for some personal work, and then the accused called his daughter to the village bus stand saying that she wanted to eat chowmein.
With the knowledge of the family, his 14-year-old daughter went to the bus stand after getting convinced by the accused. After which his daughter did not return. When the daughter did not come home due to excessive sunlight, the father started worrying. When he asked his wife, she said that she must be playing somewhere. But when the daughter did not reach home till late evening, the father got suspicious and called the accused Prince Ansari on his mobile, but he switched off the phone after the ring.
The person complained about this to the Utavad police station, and the police registered a case of kidnapping of the minor against the accused and started the search. But even after 5 days have passed, the police have neither been able to catch the accused nor find the minor. The police say that their team is engaged, soon the accused will be arrested and the minor will be recovered and handed over to her family.
