Thieves committed theft at two different places in Hansi city of Hisar district of Haryana. Electric wires were stolen from a house in Model Town and an electric scooter disappeared from near the railway station. On receiving the information of the case, the police reached the spot, registered a case and started searching for the thieves. At present, no clue of the thieves has been found.
Items were kept for fitting
Shubham of Model Town told the police that on the night of March 24, electric wires worth about Rs 2.5 lakh were stolen from his house. He had kept this material for fitting the second floor of his house. The thieves committed the crime by breaking the lock and latch of the gate of the house. The CCTV camera installed nearby did not help because it was not working. Investigating officer ASI Ajay said that the matter is being investigated.
Went to catch a train to go to Dadri
In the second incident, Poonam, a resident of Maman Pura, had her electric scooter stolen. Poonam had gone to catch a train to go to Dadri. She had parked her scooty under the bridge near the railway station. She had asked her husband Ramphal to take the scooty home. When Ramphal reached to take the scooty, it was not there. The police have registered a case and the search for the thieves is on.
