Hisar: A trader has given a written complaint to SP to get the land located near village Chikanwas on the National Highway under police station Agroha in Hisar district vacated. However, the court has already issued an order to free the trader’s land from occupation. Even after this, the accused are not vacating the trader’s land.
The trader, a resident of DN College Road, Hisar, in a complaint to Hisar SP, said that he has 10 Kanal 18 Marla land on a road near village Chikanwas on National Highway 9. He had got the lease written in the name of Khatu Shyam Cow Hospital Cowshed Trust for 5 years from 1 August 2019 to 30 July 2024.
The accused, former Sarpanch Rajendra Bobal of village Kirodi, Sukhbir, Jaiprakash, and Ajay, residents of village Nahla, have opened Cow Hospital and Cowshed on the land. After some time, the accused started refusing to pay the rent.
At the same time, due to not paying the rent on time, he appealed to the District Hisar Court to cancel the lease against the accused. The court, while hearing, gave a verdict in his favour on 9 September 2023 and ordered him to vacate the land by 30 November 2023, but disregarding the orders of the District Court, the accused did not vacate the land even after the stipulated time. Panchayat has been held several times regarding this, but the accused are still not vacating the land.
The victim businessman said that when he talked to the accused to vacate the land, the accused threatened to kill him and his entire family. At the same time, the accused are forcefully occupying his land, defying the law and the court. Due to which he is mentally disturbed, the victim businessman has appealed to the District SP to protect his family and himself and has appealed to vacate the land. The victim businessman has appealed to the police administration to remove the occupation from his land.
