Farmers’ concern increased, this weather is not good for crops
Farmers’ concern has increased due to clear weather and rising temperature in Haryana. Cold is necessary for the wheat crop in January and February. Due to high temperature, the wheat crop may ripen before time, due to which the wheat grain will remain small and production will decrease
Jind’s agriculture expert Dr. Yashpal Malik says that there will not be much effect if the temperature remains high for four-five days, but if the temperature remains like this for 10 to 15 days, then the wheat crop may get damaged.
At the same time, the Agriculture Department has told the farmers not to put too much urea in the wheat, otherwise after 2 months, the disease of Tela and Chepa may occur.
