Bhiwani: The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow heat alert for 15 districts of Haryana. The heat wave is expected in the state from April 7. According to the Meteorological Department, if the temperature is 5 degrees Celsius higher than normal, it is considered a heat wave.
Now, between April 7 and April 9, the temperature will cross 40 degrees Celsius. Therefore, a yellow alert has been issued in 12 districts of Haryana. These districts include Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Jhajjar, Rewari, Mahendragarh, Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal and Mewat etc.
Farmers of these districts are advised to take special precautions regarding hot winds (heat wave) in the continuously increasing temperature.

Due to high temperatures, plants suffer from irregular nutrition due to a lack of water. Due to the effect of heat, the yield of late wheat crop decreases because the ears of wheat ripen before time, due to which its grains become weak. If wheat is sown at the end of December, then light irrigation can be done.
The maximum temperature of the state is 2.7 degrees more than normal.
People will have to face heat in most of the districts of Haryana. Talking about the coming days, the weather is expected to remain clear. The temperature may also increase. According to the Meteorological Department, a drop of 0.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in the maximum temperature on Saturday. The maximum temperature of the state has reached 2.7 degrees Celsius more than normal.
Alert in 15 districts
According to the alert issued by the Meteorological Department, the heat will be high in districts Hisar, Bhiwani, Rohtak, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Jhajjar, Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal, Nuh, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Jind and Sonipat. However, no alert has been issued in 7 districts (Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal and Panipat). These districts have been kept in the green zone.
The weather will remain dry till April 9
Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of the Department of Agricultural Meteorology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, said that the weather in Haryana is likely to remain generally dry till April 9. During this time, north-western and western winds are likely to blow. Due to which the day temperature is likely to increase. But after April 9, a change in the weather is possible due to the partial effect of western disturbance.
Temperature change in 24 hours
During the last 24 hours, a lot of fluctuations were seen in the maximum temperature in the districts of the state. The maximum increase in maximum temperature was seen in Sirsa. Where the temperature reached 37.6 degrees with an increase of 1 degree Celsius.
At the same time, the biggest drop in temperature was seen in Faridabad, where the maximum temperature dropped by 2 degrees to 35.6 degrees Celsius.
