Hisar: A 25-year-old youth died of electrocution in Sector 14 of Hisar, Haryana. He was living in a rented house in Sector 14. On receiving information about the death of the youth, the City Police Station reached the spot and took the body into custody, and sent it to the Civil Hospital of Hisar for postmortem. The police informed the family about the matter.
According to the information received, Sunil, a resident of village Sarangpur, lived in a rented house in Sector 14. He worked as a clerk under the contractor of Sector 16-17. His electricity went out in the evening last day. On this, he called Pankaj of Bharat Nagar to get the electricity fixed.
Sunil was also helping while fixing the electricity during this time. He suddenly got an electric shock. Due to this, he became unconscious. He was immediately rushed to the hospital. The doctor declared him dead after examination.
The police was informed about Sunil’s death. After this, his father Mahendra and others also reached the Civil Hospital. The police will take further action based on the statement of the family members. The postmortem of the dead body will be conducted today on Saturday.
