Himachal BJP’s new headquarters will be built near Jubdahatti Airport, 14 bigha land selected

The Bharatiya Janata Party is going to build its new and ultra-modern headquarters building in the state near Jubbarhatti Airport in Shimla. 14 bighas of land have been selected for this building. For 12 years, the BJP was looking for land for the construction of this building. Now all the administrative formalities have been completed by purchasing the land. As soon as the land was transferred in the name of the BJP, the process of leveling the hilly area started.

Problem of Parking at current office

The building is to be constructed near Badhehari village, located below Tutu. At present, the party headquarters is in Chakkar. There is a big problem with parking vehicles here. The building is also lacking according to the existing needs. The new party headquarters to be built in the capital, Shimla, is being designed on the lines of the BJP central office located in Delhi. Expert architects are preparing the drawing of the building in Delhi itself. Its construction work will be monitored under the direct supervision of central leaders.

New headquarters will be four-storey building

BJP leaders said that this building will not only be the center of organizational activities. It will also become a symbol of the political strength and stability of the party in Himachal. The new headquarters will be built as a four-storey grand building. It will have facilities like modern auditorium, a digital meeting room, training centre and a media room. Residential arrangements will also be made for the workers and leaders to stay, so that the officials coming from outside do not face any inconvenience.

Keeping in mind the future requirements, a separate four-storey parking facility will also be developed, so that the vehicle system remains well organized and there is no pressure on the traffic. This decision of the BJP is being seen as a far-reaching strategy not only from the organizational point of view, but also from the political point of view. By building this headquarters near Jubbarhatti Airport, proximity to the capital Shimla will remain, as well as this place will be suitable from a transport and logistics point of view.
