Himachal government appointed Bimal Gupta as IG Vigilance, Chief Secretary issued orders

Shimla: Himachal government has issued transfer orders of 2006 batch IPS officer Bimal Gupta. Bimal Gupta has been appointed Inspector General (IG) Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau.

Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena has issued orders regarding this. Bimal Gupta was currently posted at IG Welfare and Administration Headquarters.

Earlier also Bimal Gupta has handled the work of IG Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau. On 4th March, the government appointed him as IG of Welfare and Administration Police Headquarters Shimla.

Now he has been given the responsibility of Vigilance again.
