Himachal: 86% less rainfall in November; Tabo coldest @ minus 6.6 degrees

The weather in Himachal Pradesh continues to remain dry. The state has received 86% less rainfall than normal during the first 15 days of November. Sirmaur received 100% less rainfall than normal during this period, while Mandi and Shimla received 99% less rainfall. Today, the weather remained clear in other parts of the state, including the capital, Shimla. However, the weather remained cool during the morning and evening. The minimum night temperature continued to drop at many places. Minimum temperatures were recorded below 10 degrees Celsius at 27 locations in the state, with Keylong, Kukumseri, and Tabo recording minus 0 degrees Celsius.
