Himachal Pradesh: Congress calls legislative party meeting on March 5

A meeting of the Congress Legislature Party in Himachal Pradesh has been called on March 5th at 11 am. This meeting will be held in the ruling lounge of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Shimla.

Cabinet Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan stated that the meeting has been called on the instructions of the Chief Minister and all CLP members have been asked to attend compulsorily.

The main purpose of the meeting is to finalize the nomination process for the party’s candidate for the Rajya Sabha seat. The Congress candidate’s name will be announced on Tuesday. Importantly, the Congress candidate will file his nomination in Shimla on March 5th.
