Himachal weather: Clear weather for next 5 days; Temperature soar above normal

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh will experience completely clear weather for five days. The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather until early October. With the monsoon’s departure from Himachal Pradesh, the heat is increasing. People are now experiencing heat in late September and early October.

Una’s maximum temperature reached 36.4 degrees Celsius, while Bajaura in Kullu reached 34.2 degrees Celsius. Temperatures exceeded 30 degrees Celsius in 13 cities across the state.

The state’s average maximum temperature has also risen 4.2 degrees above normal. Keylong recorded the highest temperature increase of 6.1 degrees, reaching 24.1 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the minimum temperature is also above normal.

According to MD3, in the past 24 hours, Solan’s temperature rose 0.1 degrees above normal to 31.1 degrees Celsius, Shimla’s rose 1.5 degrees to 27.7 degrees Celsius, Kalpa’s rose 0.1 degrees to 25.5 degrees Celsius, and Bhuntar’s temperature rose 3.3 degrees above normal to 33.0 degrees Celsius. Temperatures in other cities have also risen.

The temperature will rise further

According to the Meteorological Department, there is no rain expected in the state for the next five days. During this time, the sun will shine throughout the state. This is expected to cause a rise of 2 to 3 degrees in daytime temperatures, especially in the next few days.
