SHIMLA: The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued a notification regarding the transfer and posting of several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers with immediate effect, based on the recommendations of the Civil Services Board.

According to the official order signed by Chief Secretary Kamlesh Kumar Pant:

• Dr. Yunus, IAS (HP:2010), currently serving as Secretary (State Taxes and Excise), has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary (GAD, SWD, and Parliamentary Affairs). He relieves Shri Ashish Singhmar, IAS (HP:2007) of this additional responsibility.

• Shri Rahul Kumar, IAS (HP:2016), who was serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur District, has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) in Shimla, relieving Shri Shivam Pratap Singh, IAS (HP:2017).

• Ms. Nivedita Negi, IAS (HP:2017), previously the Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul & Spiti at Keylong.

• Ms. Kiran Bhadana, IAS (HP:2017), formerly the Deputy Commissioner of Lahaul & Spiti, takes over as the new Deputy Commissioner of Bilaspur District.

The reshuffle was cleared in the public interest, and copies of the notification have been dispatched to relevant central and state departments for compliance.
