Himachal Weather: Clear Skies for Most Districts; Light Snowfall in Higher Areas on Feb 23

Shimla: The weather in Himachal Pradesh will remain mainly dry starting today. The Meteorological Center, Shimla, has predicted clear weather for most parts of the state for the next three to four days. However, light rain or snowfall is expected at some places in the higher mountainous regions of the state on February 23rd. The weather is expected to clear again after that.

According to the IMD, temperatures across the state remained above normal, with heat being felt, especially during the day. Maximum temperatures are expected to increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius over the next few days. Even after this, a slight increase in daytime temperatures is expected for the next few days. However, no significant change in minimum temperatures is expected at this time.

Clear weather is expected in all districts

Cold conditions may persist during the morning and evening, especially in high altitude areas. The Meteorological Department has not issued any specific warnings for the next seven days. Normal weather is expected in all districts. During the past 24 hours, the state remained completely dry, with no rain or snowfall recorded.

Minimum temperatures remained unchanged at most places. The lowest minimum temperature in the state was recorded at Tabo at minus 4.4 degrees Celsius, and the highest maximum temperature was recorded at Una at 29 degrees Celsius.
