    Tractor-Trailer Falls 100 Feet in Himachal, 3 Punjab Devotees Killed

    In Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, on Friday, a tractor trolley carrying pilgrims from Punjab overturned. In this accident, three male pilgrims died. Several pilgrims, including small children, are reported to be injured. The injured are undergoing treatment at Dehra Hospital.

    Brake Failure Leads to Deadly Gorge Plunge

    This accident occurred near the Radha Swami Satsang Bhavan located at Dhaliara on National Highway-503 around 12:15 PM today. About 30 pilgrims from Kapurthala, Punjab, were on board. After becoming uncontrollable at the Dhaliara turn, the tractor-trolley fell into a gorge about 100 feet deep from the road.

    According to the information so far, the accident happened due to brake failure. The pilgrims on the tractor trolley were going to Jwalamukhi Temple after visiting Chintpurni Temple in Punjab. But before that, they became victims of the accident.

    Chaos at Spot as Locals Rush Rescue Operation

    After the accident, there was chaos with screams at the site. Subsequently, local people, with the help of the police, rescued all the injured from the gorge and took them to the hospital.

    SP Dehra Mayank Chaudhary stated that the accident occurred around 12:15 PM. Three people have died in it. He mentioned that most of the devotees have sustained minor injuries.
