In Khalini, Shimla, there was an altercation between the women regarding money transactions. This altercation turned into a scuffle. In this clash, woman suffered injuries. The woman has complained to the police, and the police have registered a case and started an investigation.
According to the information, the incident took place on February 17 when she was in a rented quarter in Bhagwati Nagar Jhanjhiri of Khalini, Shimla. During this time, 4 women came there and there was some altercation between them regarding the already ongoing transaction. In the complaint given to the police, the woman has told that her name is Champa Devi and she is called Neetu.
She was at her home with her children and her sister Monu was also present there as a guest. Meanwhile, women named Jyoti, Neha, Mala and Varsha came to her room. Mala started arguing with Champa Devi about some money transactions, which gradually turned into a fight. In this violent clash, Champa Devi suffered serious injuries and two of her teeth were broken.
Police have registered a case in New Shimla under sections 333, 115(2), 352, 3(5) BNS.
