Himachal Pradesh : On Tuesday, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate and film actress Kangana Ranaut filed her nomination papers before Returning Officer Apoorv Devgan from Mandi parliamentary constituency. Now this seat has become a hot seat across the country.
Before nomination, BJP took out a mega road show from Paddal Maidan to DC office. Thousands of BJP workers participated in this road show and danced and sang across the city shouting slogans and reached the DC office gate. Somewhere through the mega road show, BJP also tried to respond to the recent nomination rally of Congress.
After this, Kangana, along with former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur, BJP State President Dr. Rajeev Bindal and her mother, reached before the Returning Officer and filed their nomination papers.
While talking to media persons, Kangana said that today a festive atmosphere is being seen in the entire Mandi parliamentary constituency regarding her nomination. It can be seen that enthusiasm among the people about the fact that Mandi’s daughter is in the election field today and she has to be made victorious at any cost. Kangana said that the crowd that has gathered here will definitely vote in favor of BJP but those who have not come will also vote in favor of BJP.
Answering the question asked, Kangana said that the name she has earned in the film and in the world, now she will try to earn a big name in politics too. She said that it is his good fortune that today she has got the opportunity to contest elections as a candidate of the world’s largest party.
