Bike borne miscreants shot at Dhaba owner in Mandi, cash looted

On receiving the information of the case, the police reached the spot and started an investigation on the basis of the complaint and CCTV footage is being scanned to catch the miscreants.

A big incident came to light last night in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. In the Pul Gharaat area, two bike-borne miscreants shot at a Dhaba owner and looted cash. The incident took place around 11:45 pm. On receiving the information of the case, the police reached the spot and started an investigation on the basis of the complaint and CCTV footage is being scanned to catch the miscreants.

Dhaba owner admitted to medical college

According to the information, two youths reached the Dhaba located at Pul Gharaat on a bike. They shot at the Dhaba owner without any conversation. The bullet touched his cheek and hand and passed through. After this, the miscreants fled with the cash of the Dhaba. The injured Dhaba owner has been admitted to Medical College Nerchowk.

SP Mandi Sakshi Verma said that the police team is engaged in searching for the accused. Footage of nearby CCTV cameras is being scanned. The police is claiming to catch the accused soon. The incident raises questions on the security system in the state. Earlier, there was an incident of firing on Congress leader Bamber Thakur and his PSO. Local people have demanded the administration to arrest the criminals soon.

The police is investigating the case in every direction.
