Shimla: Congress state president and former MP Pratibha Singh said that Congress is winning all three assembly by-elections in the state with a huge majority.
The voters of Hamirpur, Dehra and Nalagarh are inclined in favor of Congress and people are united to strengthen the Congress government in the state. After three by-elections, the number of Congress MLAs in the state is going to be 41. Pratibha Singh has said in a statement issued here that no political move of BJP is going to work in the state now. She has said that BJP is completely responsible for the by-elections in the state and it will never be absolved of this.
Pratibha Singh has said that all three former independent MLAs have broken the trust of their voters for which they had elected them. Therefore, the people of the area will never forgive them now. She has said that these three former MLAs should apologize to the people for their act. Pratibha Singh has told the party officials and workers that now three days are left for the election. While alerting the voters, we have to fulfill our responsibility towards the party with full loyalty and honesty.
She said that the Congress government in the state has fulfilled its guarantee by restoring OPS to the employees and issuing honorarium of Rs 1500 to women. She said that the Congress is fully dedicated to public interest.
Pratibha Singh said that the BJP is making unsuccessful attempts to mislead the people by making false statements. People are well aware of the policy and intentions of the BJP. The way an attempt was made to destabilize the Congress government with full majority in the state to grab power was an insult to the democracy and public opinion of the state, which can never be tolerated. She said that the Congress government of the state is completely strong and will successfully complete its term.
