Shimla: One person died and four others were seriously injured in a road accident near Bhangidwar on Ani-Chawai road in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh this morning. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
According to the information, a Bolero camper rolled down and fell into a ditch on Ani-Chawai road this morning. There were a total of five people in the Bolero camper, out of which one person died on the spot after being crushed under the vehicle, while four others were seriously injured. The deceased and the injured could not be identified.
As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot and with the help of local people, the injured were taken out from under the vehicle and taken to Civil Hospital Ani. Where the doctors declared one person dead.
It is said that the vehicle that met with the accident is from Pannakhar village of Bakhnao Panchayat, which is engaged in milk transportation.
