A car crashed last night on the Chhanvati-Karsog road in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. 2 people died in this accident. With the help of local people, the police have taken out the bodies of the deceased from the ditch and started further action.
According to the information, both the persons travelling in the car number HP 30-7063 were returning from a wedding ceremony last night. During this, their car overturned on the road near the bridge on the border of Kullu and Mandi districts near Baihna, about 15 km from Ani.
The deceased have been identified as Gurudev (27), village Bahan Karsog and Tikam Ram (34) Sarandi village Karsog. It is being told that both had gone to attend a marriage ceremony in Gungi village adjacent to Dalash of Ani. The accident happened while returning from the wedding at midnight.
The bodies will be handed over to the family after the postmortem
As soon as the information was received, the police team and local people from Luhri police post reached the spot. The police have taken both the bodies into their custody and started investigation. The cause of the accident is not yet known. After postmortem, the bodies of both will be handed over to their families.
