Car fell into deep ditch in Hamirpur: 3 people including husband and wife injured, 1 in critical condition

A car went out of control and fell into a deep ditch in Sujanpur, district Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. Due to which three people in the car were injured.

The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The accident took place about 2 km before Sujanpur on Hamirpur-Sujanpur road. According to the police, there were three people in the car. These people were going from Delhi to Thural in district Kangra.

According to the information, Ratan Chand, his wife Santosh Kumar and their son Vishal Kumar, residents of Draman Lahad village near Thural in district Kangra, were returning to their home from Delhi in their car. The car went out of control and fell into the ditch near Sujanpur.

As soon as the local people got the news of the car falling into the ditch, the police was immediately informed. Police, administration and fire brigade officials reached the spot and rescue work was started.

It is being told that the car had rolled down about 100 to 150 feet. All three seriously injured have been admitted to Civil Hospital Sujanpur.

The fire brigade team members Manoj Kumar, Vikas, Amit, Ravinder, Sandeep who reached the spot started the relief and rescue work and with great difficulty took out the injured from the crashed car and with the help of local people, after that they were admitted hospital.

According to the police, Ratan Chand and his wife Santosh Kumari are undergoing treatment in Hamirpur Hospital, while Vishal Kumar has been referred to Tanda Hospital.
