Direct bus service from Kaithal to Shimla to start today: GM will flag off this bus at 5 PM

Haryana Roadways will now run a direct bus from Kaithal to Shimla. This bus will leave from Kaithal bus stand for Rampur in Shimla from 5 pm today.

The bus will reach Rampur from Kaithal via Pehowa, Ambala, Dera Bassi, Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Pinjore, Kalka, Parwanoo and Shimla. Roadways General Manager Kamaljeet Chahal will flag off this bus at 5 pm.

The bus going to Rampur will reach Chandigarh at 9.20 pm. Which will travel overnight and reach Rampur around 6 am the next day. After this, the same bus will leave from Rampur to Kaithal on the next day at 5 pm. Which will reach Kaithal at 5 am the next day. The fare of this bus from Kaithal to Rampur will be Rs 712.

Kaithal Roadways Traffic Manager Virendra Pal said that on the instructions of Roadways General Manager Kamaljeet, three new buses are being operated from Kaithal depot on June 1. Two buses are being run directly to Rampur in Himachal and one bus to Agroha in Hisar. Buses will be operated as per the demand of passengers.

There was a demand to run buses on these two routes for a long time. Passengers will be able to go directly to the mountains of Himachal.
