Drug smuggler caught with narcotic syrup and pills in Shimla; booked under NDPS act

According to the information, the arrested accused has been identified as Sanju Rai. The 27-year-old youth of Nepali origin is currently a resident of Vinod Raturi in Purola, Uttarakhand. Police recovered 70 vials of codeine phosphate and triprolidine HCL syrup (Enrex) from the accused.

Case registered under NDPS Act

Each bottle is of 100 ml. Apart from this, 530 tablets of Nitrozepam were also found from him. Police have registered a case against the accused under the NDPS Act. He will be arrested and presented in court. Further investigation of the case is going on.
