Five-day workshop in Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, experts from NCERT and CBSE to join

Teachers of the state are being trained in the new techniques of preparing question papers. Earlier, workshops have been organized in this series in the months of August and September as well.

Dharamshala: Experts from NCERT and CBSE will gather in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. A five-day workshop is being organized in Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, in which 200 teachers from across the state will be trained. During the workshop to be held from 6 to 10 January, the overall progress card under the National Education Policy will be discussed on 6-7 January, while the Standardization of Question Paper workshop will be organized from 8 to 10 January.

Secretary of School Education Board Dr. Major Vishal Sharma said that under the National Education Policy, there is talk of a Holistic Progress Card. How this card will be made, what will be its details, a two-day workshop is being organized on this basis. Similarly, a three-day workshop will be organized on Standardization of Question Paper. National level NCERT and CBSE experts will come to the workshop to train the teachers of the state. For this, 200 teachers have been called for training from across the state.

The board secretary said that in the month of December, 8 to 9 thousand teachers from across the state have been trained by the education board through online training. In this series, arrangements have been made to give advanced training to teachers in the workshop being organized from 6 to 10 January. The board believes that the better and new technology question papers will be, the children will be taught accordingly, the way children are evaluated, their studies are done in the same way.
