Rohtak: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will visit Kangra in Himachal Pradesh today. He will visit the house of former Kangra MP late Kishan Kapoor and condole his death.
Nayab Saini will leave from Chandigarh at 10 am and land at Sai Ground Dharamshala at 11:15 am. After paying condolences at Kishan Kapoor’s house, he will return to Chandigarh. The Haryana CM’s office has informed the Chief Secretary of Himachal, DGP Himachal and DC Kangra about the Chief Minister’s visit.
Kishan Kapoor died on 1 February
Let us tell you that on February 1, three-time Himachal minister and former MP Kishan Kapoor died at PGI Chandigarh. He was ill for a long time.
Gaddi leader Kapoor was 74 years old. He was elected MLA from Dharamshala assembly 5 times. He became minister in the state government 3 times (1998, 2008 and 2017). In the year 2019, he was also elected MP from Kangra seat.
Kapoor left behind two sons and wife
He has left behind his wife Rekha Kapoor, son Shashwat Kapoor and daughter Pragati Kapoor. The Chief Minister of Haryana will reach Dharamshala to express condolences to these three.
