Himachal Assembly session from March 10, secretariat receive 130 questions so far

These include questions related to roads, drinking water, mining, transport, health as well as vacancies in educational institutions.

Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretariat has received about 130 questions so far for the budget session. More questions have been raised by the MLAs related to their respective areas. These include questions related to roads, drinking water, mining, transport, health as well as vacancies in educational institutions.

The Assembly Secretariat is receiving questions from MLAs of both BJP and Congress parties. These questions are being taken both online and offline. The series of questions will increase in the coming days. The budget session of Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly is going to start from March 10 and will run till March 28. The annual budget for the financial year 2025-26 will be presented on March 17. The budget will be passed on March 26.

Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania said that information about the questions to be asked in the House is being received from the members. All members should raise problems related to their constituencies through questions.

Efforts should be made to resolve them by bringing discussion on developmental activities. There will be a total of 16 meetings. On March 10, the budget session will begin with the address of Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at 2 pm. On March 11, there will be condolence before the question hour and after that every day’s meeting will begin with the question hour. There will also be a zero hour of half an hour after the question hour.
