Shimla: Himachal Pradesh High Court has made major reshuffle in judicial services. In this decision, 19 judicial officers have been transferred. Its notification has been issued late night. According to the notification issued, Judicial Academy Director Yogesh Jaswal has been appointed District and Sessions Judge of Sirmaur. Mandi District Judge Rajesh Tomar has been appointed Chairman of Transport Appellate Tribunal in Hamirpur.
Judge Pankaj Sharma will become the new registrar of the High Court
High Court Registrar Paras Dogar will be the new District Judge of Mandi. Sirmaur District Judge Hans Raj has been appointed Director of Judicial Academy Ghandal. Nitin Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Justice of Mandi Family Court. Rohru Additional District Judge Pankaj Sharma will become the new Registrar of the High Court. Dharamshala Additional District Judge Anil Kumar has been transferred to Rohru.
Deepali Gambhir got promotion in Nurpur itself
There have been many changes at the senior civil judge level as well. Niranjan Singh has been sent from Amb to Shimla, Ashok Kumar from Shimla to Kasauli and Gaurav Kumar from Rampur Bushahr to Palampur. Prashant Singh Negi has been transferred from Kasauli to Amb and Baljeet from Nurpur to Rampur Bushahr. Deepali Gambhir has been promoted in Nurpur itself. Vishal Tiwari has been transferred from Ani to Paonta Sahib.
All transferred officers will have to take charge of the new post by 4 April 2025. The judicial officer of serial number 14 will not be given travel allowance and joining time allowance.
