Shimla : There may be respite from the scorching heat in Himachal Pradesh after four days. According to the Meteorological Department, Western Disturbance (WD) is becoming active from May 29.
Due to this, there is a possibility of rain only at some places on 29th and 30th. But on May 30, there may be a shower of relief in most areas of the state.
At present, there is no possibility of respite from the heat for the next three-four days. On the contrary, the heat will increase.
The Meteorological Department has issued a heat-wave alert for today in seven districts: Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra, Mandi, Solan and Sirmaur.
During this period, there may be severe heat at some places. In view of this, an advisory has been issued to the people to take precautions.
Yellow alert of heat wave in 10 districts from tomorrow
Yellow alert of heat wave has been issued in all 10 districts except Lahaul Spiti and Kinnaur districts for 3 days from tomorrow 27th May. During this period the temperature will rise by two to three degrees. The temperature in Una has already reached 43 degrees Celsius. There may be a rise today due to bright sunshine.
