Himachal Minister Dharmani inaugurates space lab in Bilaspur

Dharmani said that the purpose of the space lab is to make students aware of space science and modern technologies

Bilaspur: Himachal Pradesh’s Bilaspur Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani inaugurated the APJ Abdul Kalam Space Lab. The lab has been built in the Government Senior Secondary. Dharmani said that the purpose of the space lab is to make students aware of space science and modern technologies.

He said that this lab will provide experimental knowledge to the students and will become a strong base for students interested in space science. Modern equipment and software have been provided in this lab, with the help of which students will be able to study space science, rocket technology and astronomical events. Apart from this, students will also get an opportunity to get guidance from scientists and experts.

Minister Dharmani said that the state government is committed to improving the field of education. Many steps are being taken in this direction. He said that there is a plan to set up such labs in other districts of the state as well, so that every student gets equal opportunities.

Minister Rajesh Dharmani said that labs will also be set up in engineering colleges and polytechnic institutes of the state. Minister Dharmani said that the Space Lab will not only help the students in developing interest in space science but will also help in getting the state recognition at the national level in this field.
