Himachal Pradesh’s Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh reached Prayagraj Mahakumbh last evening with his mother and Congress state president Pratibha Singh.
Pratibha Singh and Vikramaditya Singh took a dip in the Kumbh this morning. Former Youth Congress president Yadopati Thakur is also present with them.
Vikramaditya Singh, who reached Prayagraj, also performed special prayers. Before him, the state’s Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has also taken a dip in the Mahakumbh.
Today is 3rd Amrit Snan of Maha Kumbh on the occasion of Basant Panchmi. As of February 3, over 340 million (34 crore) devotees have participated in the sacred bathing ritual since the commencement of the Maha Kumbh Mela on January 13, according to the Uttar Pradesh Information Department.
