Shimla: Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has launched a mobile app for the convenience of students. With the help of this app, students will no longer have to face much hassle in submitting various forms and downloading marksheets and admit cards and all the work can be done easily with the help of mobile app. Students can use this app by entering their registration number and password. The app can be downloaded from Play Store.
In this app, apart from the student profile, information related to RME, syllabus, exam form, admit card and result can be obtained with a single click. Apart from this, students will get information related to the university in the notification column of the app. Apart from this, information related to result and degree and the option to download it has also been made available in this student related mobile app.
With the help of this mobile app, students will be able to easily get information about the examination center, status of the examination form etc. It has been completely designed keeping in mind the convenience of the students. Till now, students had to either go to a cyber cafe for such tasks or do this work from their home computer and laptop, but now with the download of this app from the Play Store, all the work will be done easily on the mobile.
Apart from this, information related to attendance in classes will also be updated on HPU’s mobile app. It is mandatory for students to have 75% attendance to appear in exams of various courses in the university and they will be able to know their attendance percentage through this app.
