On the other hand, during the last 24 hours, 25.0 mm rain was recorded in Kasauli, 18.6 in Shimla, 16.0 in Jubbarhatti, 13.4 in Kufri, 12.3 in Kahu, 12.2 in Naina Devi, 8.4 in Solan, 3.2 in Dharampur, 3.0 in Bijahi, 1.8 in Kandaghat and 0.8 mm in Kalpa. Shimla is sunny today with light clouds.

At the same time, 62 roads were affected by landslides at various places in the state till 10:00 am on Monday. Two bridges are also damaged. Apart from this, 17 electricity transformers are also affected. At a place called Pranu in Pangi village of Kinnaur district, 6 people’s huts and hundreds of trees here at the Apple Orchard have been destroyed due to the huge rocks coming from Piri Dhank.

The series of landslides has been continuing here since late night. The trouble of the villagers has increased due to the landslide. On the other hand, the administration is busy assessing the damage.

In Kasauli, a tree suddenly fell on a moving car near a private school in the tourist area Kasauli. It was fortunate that the car did not come under its grip, otherwise, there could have been a big loss. Both the people in the car came out safe. After the tree fell, people passing by pulled out the car riders. At the same time, after the tree fell, the movement of vehicles on the road came to a halt.
