Along with this, Ilma Afroz is posted on the post of SP in Lahaul spiti

Tribal district Lahaul-Spiti of Himachal Pradesh will be the first district of the state where the command of governance and administration will be in the hands of women. From the public representatives to the administrative and police command in the district, the command is in the hands of women power. Till now, Bina Devi has been sitting on the post of District Council President along with Lahaul-Spiti MLA Anuradha Rana. Along with this, Ilma Afroz is posted on the post of SP.

Now Kiran Bhadana has been appointed to the post of Deputy Commissioner. In such a situation, now the reins of the district in the form of police, administration and governance are in the hands of women. Experts say that this is the first time that the command of the district has come completely in the hands of women. Perhaps the district will be the first such district of the state, in which the reins of the district in the form of governance and administration will be in the hands of women.

It is worth noting that in the Spiti sub-division, Kaza also, female HAS officer Shikha is holding the post of ADC Kaza along with the post of SDM. Whereas just two days ago, the government sent Akansha Sharma as SDM Keylong. For the first time, a woman has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of the tribal district of Lahaul Spiti.

Politically, MLA Anuradha and Zila Parishad President Bina Devi will be in charge of the development of the district. Administratively, Deputy Commissioner Kiran Bhadana and SP Ilma Afroz will be responsible for maintaining law and order. Hence, women will now dominate the valley from the kitchen to the administration.
