Himachal Pradesh Technical University Hamirpur has declared the result of Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test-2025 (HPCET). A total of 9,302 candidates had appeared in the entrance examination of B.Tech, B. Pharmacy and B.Tech/B. Pharmacy (both), MCA and MBA/MBA Tourism (both), MSc Physics, Environmental Science and B.Sc HMCT/BHMCT held on May 17. Gopal Krishna has secured first position by securing 455 marks out of 600 in the entrance examination of B.Tech. At the same time, Parth Pandit scored 482 marks out of 600 in the entrance examination of B. Pharmacy.
At the same time, Geetika has secured first position by scoring 235 out of 300 in MBA, Abhishek has secured first position by scoring 206 out of 300 in MCA. Saloni scored 30 out of 100 in B.Sc HMCT, Dhruv Thakur scored 23 out of 100 in BHMCT. Kanchan Sharma has scored the highest 29.75 marks out of 100 in MSc Physics and Ankita Jamwal has scored 39 out of 100 in Environmental Science. There has also been a provision of negative marking in the entrance examination. Technical University Registrar and Controller of Examinations Kamal Dev Singh Kanwar said that the result of Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test-2025 has been declared. The Common Entrance Test (HPCET-2025) of Technical University was held on 17 May at 16 centers in ten districts of the state. A total of 10,517 candidates had applied for the entrance examination, out of which 9,302 candidates appeared for the entrance examination, while 1215 candidates were absent from the examination. 8,583 candidates had appeared in B.Tech and Pharmacy, 307 in MCA, 329 in MBA and MBA Tourism, 52 in BHMCT and B.Sc HMCT, 19 in MSc Physics, 12 in MSc Environmental Science.
