Una: In Bhaira, Amb subdivision of the Una district of Himachal Pradesh, a young man drowned while bathing in the Swan River. Police called divers and took out the body of the young man after a lot of effort. The police have registered a case and started further action.
According to the information, 25-year-old Bharat Singh, son of Kishan Singh, a resident of Panjawar Takarla village, had come to take a bath in the Swan River along with his 14-year-old nephew Shiv Kumar. After bathing for a long time, when these people started going back, their car got stuck in the Swan River. With the help of local tractor drivers, their car was taken out with great difficulty. While taking the car out, the mud splashed on both of them, and their clothes got spoiled.
After which, both of them again went to take a bath in the Swan River. During this, Bharat Kumar went into deep water while bathing and drowned in the water. Seeing him drown, Shiv Kumar raised an alarm and gathered the local people, but he could not save Bharat Kumar.
Shiv Kumar called and informed his family about the accident. After getting the information, Bharat’s family members reached the spot.
According to the information, Bharat Singh was working in the Indian Army. Confirming the case, SHO Amb Gaurav Bhardwaj said that the police took the body into custody and sent it to the Regional Hospital Una for a postmortem, and after registering the case, further action has been taken.
