Shimla: An employee of Rishabh Telecom Company died in Chhota Shimla area of Himachal Pradesh’s capital Shimla. The deceased has been identified as Surjeet Singh, who was originally a resident of Baliwal village of Haroli tehsil of district Una.
According to information received from the police, the deceased Surjeet Singh was drunk with neighbor and friend Anil in his quarter. In a drunken state, he fell down from outside the quarter, due to which he was seriously injured. Anil and the people around immediately rushed him to Deendayal Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The police have registered the case under section 194 of the Indian Civil Justice Code. The postmortem of the deceased was conducted at IGMC. The police is investigating the matter thoroughly.
