The employees of the new company are going to the field and taking meter readings, and issuing bills. There has been an uproar in the Municipal Corporation House also over issuing wrong bills. After this, the company claimed that a new system has been started to ensure that wrong water bills are not issued.
Meter readers will now also take a photo of the consumer’s meter before issuing the bill so that if a complaint of a wrong bill is received, it can be investigated.
