Hamirpur: On Saturday, a review meeting was organized in the Public Works Department, the Superintending Engineer’s Office, which was chaired by Bhoranj MLA Suresh Kumar. During this, he took feedback on the work being done and talked about speeding up the work. After this, while talking to the media, he said that the state government is a government of happiness for the people while it is a government of sorrow for the opposition. It is a government of sorrow for the opposition because work is being done in the public interest and the opposition is getting a befitting reply.
He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party is making many allegations against the state government, but the Congress government is doing better work. Along with this, he said that the Congress government has benefited the general public including farmers, and gardeners, and jobs are being given to the youth, due to which the youth are happy with the state government.
MLA Suresh Kumar said that the opposition leaders are making statements. The job of the opposition is to make statements, but they are not able to do it properly. Opposition leaders say that efforts are being made to save CPS, but let us tell them that CPS was made during the tenure of BJP, then why is it being opposed during the tenure of Congress, while the matter is pending in the Hon’ble High Court?
Suresh Kumar said that the BJP government has left a debt of Rs 10,000 crore on the state. Unnecessary institutions worth Rs 500 crore were opened. Despite this, the people of the state showed them the way out of power. He said that the state government is working in public interest and the public is also happy.
Suresh Kumar said that a review meeting has been held with the officials of the Public Works Department. Satisfactory results of the meeting have come out. The department is doing better work. As per the instructions of the Chief Minister, the works are being implemented. Development of Hamirpur is being ensured from every aspect.
