Tourists can visit Vidhan Sabha in Tapovan, Administration prepares proposal

The winter session is held once a year in Vidhan Sabha Bhawan Tapovan. The doors of the building open only during the session. 

The Vidhan Sabha Bhawan built at a cost of about six crore rupees in Tapovan, Dharamshala will remain open for tourists throughout the year. People will be able to see the building and the premises by purchasing tickets. Tea and coffee facilities will also be available near the premises. The district administration has prepared a report and sent the matter to the government for approval.

After getting the approval, the building will be opened for tourists. The winter session is held once a year in Vidhan Sabha Bhawan Tapovan. The doors of the building open only during the session.

Now the district administration has prepared a proposal regarding the entry of tourists in the Vidhan Sabha Bhawan and has sent it to the state government for approval. The proposal also has a plan to open cafes etc. on the vacant government land near the Vidhan Sabha premises.

The government has also been asked for its opinion on how much entry fee should be charged per person from tourists. If the entry of tourists starts in the Vidhan Sabha Bhawan, then the government will benefit in the form of revenue.

On the other hand, Deputy Commissioner Kangra Hemraj Bairwa said that a proposal has been prepared regarding the entry of tourists in the Vidhan Sabha Bhawan and has been sent to the state government. The proposal also mentions a cafe. After getting approval, any person can see the Vidhan Sabha Bhawan by paying a nominal fee.
