Shimla: The weather is likely to remain dry in Himachal Pradesh for the next one week. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain or snowfall in the state. Due to which the heat is going to increase in the state in the coming week.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that various parts of the state may see an increase in temperature in the next one week. According to IMD, the minimum temperature will increase by 2 to 5 degrees Celsius during the next 4-5 days. Similarly, the maximum temperature is also likely to increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius.
There is no chance of rain for 5 days
Shobhit Katiyar of the Meteorological Department said that there is no possibility of rain in the state for 5 days. After a day or two, the temperature will rise again and people will feel hot.
Maximum temperature of major cities
According to IMD, the temperature in Chamba is 26.4, Keylong 10.8, Kangra 28.1, Mandi 29.4, Una 33.4, Bilaspur 30.3, Shimla 22.7, Solan 29, Nahan 26.6 degree Celsius. But in the next 5 days, it can rise by 4 degrees. Due to which the heat will increase in the state.
28 percent less rain than normal in March
The state has received 28 percent less rainfall than normal in the month of March. The normal rainfall from 1st to 28th March is 105.7 mm, but this time only 75.8 mm of rain has fallen. Chamba and Una have received the least rainfall during this period. Shimla and Kullu are the only two districts where more than normal rainfall has occurred in March.
