    HOW TO ELEVATE YOURSELF FINANCIALLY

Through planetary positions or free will

    Parneet Sachdev
Chairman of Real Estate Regulatory Authority and a leading author

A million-dollar question that has tormented billions for generation says, “Are we governed by the planetary positions and hence stuck to our conditions, or do we have the freewill to create the world of our dreams?”
    THE FIRST LAW
To answer this question, consider the basic law of the Universe that governs our conditions of wealth, joy, relationships.
“Gratitude is the law of growth, and complaint is the law of decrease.”

The material attitude toward money is to trust your salary, your income, and your investments, all of which can shrink overnight. The spiritual attitude towards money is to trust God for your supply – to maintain possessions and always realize that the Divine is present in all manifestations. When one door closes, another immediately opens.
Money is a symbol of freedom and is part of the Divine Plan. There is an invisible supply for you to make use of, which is the bank of imagination. In the demonstration of prosperity (or other blessings), first say the word. Affirm this statement:
God is my supply; big and happy financial surprises now come to me.
Do something to show your faith. Faith without action is dead. This gives you a feeling of prosperity and expectation. Donate those old clothes that make you feel impoverished. They will sink you. This is the true prayer, which aligns with preparation. Now feel that what you have asked for you have already received (on the invisible plane). The manifestation will come under grace.
WHAT THE SAGES AND SCIENCE REVEAL
Things should never possess you. Do not fear a possible loss, otherwise your things will disappear. You never truly possess what you fear losing, and if you do not appreciate a blessing, it will not imprint itself on your subconscious and will vanish from your life.
For example, a lady won some beautiful pearls. She possessed great wealth but always spoke of lack and said: “Someday I will have to eat those pearls.” Now her fortune is non-existent and the pearls were sold for food and other needs. Words and thoughts are a form of invisible currents of energy that do not dissipate into nothingness. They return, often amplified, shaping our inner landscape long before they shape the outer one. This idea is not a mere metaphor. Contemporary neuroscience demonstrates that repeated thoughts carve neural pathways; “neurons that fire together wire together,” as Donald Hebb famously wrote in 1949, and these pathways create self-fulfilling emotional states. A 2016 study in Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience demonstrated that habitual negative rumination activates the brain’s default mode network in ways strongly associated with anxiety and depression, while habitual gratitude activates regions linked with empathy, moral cognition, and reward processing. In other words,
What we hold in our minds eventually holds us
The sages intuited this long before science confirmed it.
“By your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned”
    (Matthew 12:37),
These profound words of Jesus were a psychological revelation. Words are never passive. They are creative forces, “radioactive” in the sense that they emit subtle vibrations that alter the atmosphere of consciousness around us. Florence Scovel Shinn, a towering voice in the New Thought movement, wrote: “Your word is your wand. The words you speak create your own destiny.” Charles Fillmore echoed her: “Thoughts are seeds, and they have a formative power. What you think, you bring forth.”
The Bhagavad Gita contains the same principle in luminous clarity.
“A man becomes what he thinks of”
    (Gita 17:3).
    Elsewhere the Gita explains that
The mind, when elevated, becomes a friend that uplifts; when clouded, it becomes an enemy that sabotages
    (Gita 6:5).
This dual potential is not external, it is self-generated, shaped by the inner radioactivity of repeated thought. The Buddha taught the law equally profoundly
“What we are today, comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow.”
He warned that harboring resentment is like “holding a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at another—you are the one who gets burned.” If we were to speak to great sages or prodigious researchers, we would uncover a profound thread that traverses the births and deaths. People who curse another invariably share the burden of that curse. If that burden is not discharged in the current birth, they are reborn in relationships that will force the one who has cursed, to also bear the burden of that misfortune.
    GRATITUDE
If words radiate outward, gratitude expands inward.
The New Thought teacher Wallace D. Wattles wrote: “The grateful mind is constantly fixed upon the best; therefore, it tends to become the best.” Catherine Ponder called gratitude “a magnet for miracles.”
This is the law of expansion
What you praise grows, what you condemn contracts.
“Count your blessings,” is metaphysics. The Buddha taught the same principle in his reflection on mudita, or appreciative joy, which enlarges the heart: “As a mother would protect her only child with her life, even so let one cultivate a boundless love toward all beings.” A mind trained to rejoice in small blessings naturally begins to perceive abundance even where others see none Studies at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center show that a daily gratitude practice not only improves psychological well-being but increases immunological functioning and reduces inflammatory markers. A 2020 study in Personality and Individual Differences found that people who maintain gratitude journals report higher life satisfaction and stronger resilience during crises. Gratitude, quite literally, changes our physiology, making the body more receptive to well-being.When our thoughts radiate lack, we attract experiences that confirm it. When our thoughts radiate gratitude, we pull toward ourselves the people, circumstances, and opportunities that reflect inner fullness. Emmet Fox, one of the most profound New Thought teachers, expressed this beautifully: “Your heart is your garden. Whatever you plant—flowers or weeds—you will tend to grow.” The scriptures, the Buddha, and modern research all converge on one simple truth:

The world returns to us the quality of our inner broadcast.
    PRAKASA-THE ENLIGHTENMENT
Gratitude is the most powerful broadcast of all. It is the law of increase. By cultivating it, you align yourself with what the Gita calls prakasa, the inner light that reveals abundance even in scarcity. And in that light, you discover that blessings were never absent—they were waiting for your recognition to take form. The following affirmation has brought wonderful results:
I am thankful that the universe is my supply, and I am now linked with endless and constant streams of liquid money coming to me under grace on divine conditions.

This does not mean that you throw away money or spend it irresponsibly. It implies that you don’t be afraid to follow your intuition by spending or giving away money.
If you feel at home with millions, the millions will be at home with you. Financial freedom is God’s idea for man. “Whatever God has done before, He can do for me and more” opens the doors. Give thanks for the dawn of a new day. You must be immune to all discouragements and adverse aspects.
No matter how much money you have, if you feel poor, you will lose money. Nothing comes into your life if it has not been invited.
Now is the appointed time. Today is the day of your impressive good fortune. Every day, silently affirm a statement of truth to combat negative thoughts. Soon, you will have, unbeknownst to you, invited huge abundance into your life.
Transcending the so-called influence of the planets, for they do not control the enlightened mind.
