HPRCA: Recruitment agency decided, Process of computer based test to begin soon

The Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission has finalized the agency to conduct the Computer-Based Test (CBT). The agency will soon begin the examination process. The Commission will soon hand over the application data for JBT and TGT recruitment to the recruitment agency, and the process for conducting the CBT will begin.

The application process for 1,537 JBT and TGT posts has been completed. This process has been ongoing for the past three to four months. Now, after the agency is finalized, the process of completing other formalities, including setting up examination centers, will begin.

Since the dissolution of the Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur, efforts are underway through the State Selection Commission to conduct new recruitment examinations. Online recruitment for this purpose was conducted on a pilot basis through the outsourced agency EdCIL.

Now, the new agency will conduct the CBT on the same basis. Thousands of unemployed youth in the state have been waiting for recruitment for the past two and a half years. Now, with the outsourced agency finalized, there is hope for employment.

Recruitment has been announced for 75 posts, including JBT and TGT, across 10 other postcodes. Applications for these positions are open until September 30th. Only one application has been received for the position of Plate Maker (Offset) (Trainee). Dr. Vikram Mahajan, Secretary of the State Selection Commission, stated that an outsourcing agency has been finalized for the recruitment. The process for conducting the CBT will begin soon.
