Expulsion of Indians from America increased

Since Donald Trump took office for the second time as President of the United States, his slogan has been that America is for the natives, not for immigrants. Immigrants who enter illegally without proper documentation should be strictly deported. This is being called Mission Deportation 2.0. In a similar fashion, immigrants are being expelled from Canada, England, Australia, and France. The new development is that Indian youth who have gone to the US on study-cum-job visas are being deported one by one as soon as their visas expire. There are also reports that if a student loses a job and is unable to find a new one within 60 days, they should be expelled from the US. There are also reports that if Indian immigrant students violate traffic light crossing rules or post anything inappropriate on social media, they should be immediately deported. At present, the situation in America is such that every third week an Indian expatriate flight flies which takes Indians out of America and sends them back to India. In the last 16 years, the highest number of Indian students who came on student visas have been sent back in 2025. 5200 Indians were deported from America in 2025. This included students who had gone to America on H-1B, O-1 and student visas. Last year, 3567 Indians were deported due to non-fulfillment of documents and conditions. Now the immigration agencies are saying that the crackdown and deportation against such illegal immigrants has been intensified even more than before, that is why 5200 Indians have been deported. The Trump administration is also demonstrating its strictness, stating that if the study period on a study visa expires, it cannot be extended under the pretext of pursuing other studies. They too will be deported. In June, 801 Indians received deportation orders. They have been given a short period of time to either appeal the court order and have it overturned or voluntarily leave the United States without embarrassment. The deported Indians are being sent to New Delhi via a 20-hour flight from Harling, Texas. These are called deportation flights. 1,500 Indian students in Canada are also facing the threat of deportation. Overall, it has become increasingly difficult for Indians to establish a home in a foreign land.
