Intelligence inspector along with colleague arrested with 1 kg heroin in Amritsar

The Punjab government has launched a war against drugs. Under which continuous action is being taken against drug smugglers. Following this, a woman constable, Amandeep Kaur, was arrested in Bathinda recently with heroin.

On the other hand, today, Intelligence Inspector Manjit Singh and his colleague Ravi were also been arrested by the Amritsar CIA staff police with 1 kg of heroin.

In this regard, CIA staff inspector Anmolak Singh presented these two accused in the honorable court of Amritsar, where the police received a two-day remand of these two accused.

Giving information in this regard, CIA staff-in-charge Anmolak Singh said that FIR No. 36 has been registered against these persons at Ranjit Avenue police station, and a case has been registered against them under the NDPS Act.
