Washington: US President Joe Biden paid tribute to former Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, who passed away at the age of 92 on Thursday night at AIIMS in New Delhi. Describing Dr. Singh as a “true statesman,” “kind and humble,” and a “dedicated public servant,” Biden expressed his condolences on behalf of himself and First Lady Jill Biden, joining the people of India in mourning.
