Karachi : Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi, was shaken by an earthquake on Wednesday night. A 3.2 magnitude earthquake jolted Karachi, forcing people to leave their homes.
Earthquake recorded at a depth of 12 km
According to officials of the Meteorological Department, this earthquake came from a depth of 12 km. Apart from Karachi, its impact was felt in all the outskirts of Quaidabad, Malir, Gadap and Sadi city. After the earthquake, people came out of their houses out of fear.
There is no news of any casualty
However, the earthquake caused a minor crack in the wall of a house in Bahria Town. Also, there is no news of any loss of life. Before this, on October 16 last year, an earthquake of magnitude 3.1 occurred in many areas of Karachi.
