Iran to offer $30,000 reward for capturing or killing an American soldier

Iran has announced a $30,000 reward for anyone who captures or kills an American soldier. According to reports, if this action is carried out by a woman, she will receive $60,000.

Iranian Army Chief announces

Iranian Army Chief Amir Hatami said that anyone who captures, hands over, or kills an American soldier to the Iranian army will receive a reward of 5 billion tomans, or approximately $30,000. He said this decision was made after a large number of requests.

Reward for the weapon used

According to reports, Hatami also said that the weapon used to kill the American soldier will be purchased at double its value and the person involved will be given a new weapon. There is also talk of keeping the used weapons in a proposed museum.

Hatami claimed that the US’s claims of military power have been exposed during the conflict. He reiterated his demand for the withdrawal of US forces from the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman, and the Strait of Hormuz.
