An informed source cited by the agency said the proposal also includes broader political settlement conditions aimed at stabilizing relations between the two countries.

The proposal reportedly calls for:

• Lifting of U.S. sanctions on Iranian oil exports
• A 30-day window for rescinding economic restrictions
• Release of frozen Iranian assets abroad following an initial agreement

These economic measures form a central part of Iran’s proposed roadmap for de-escalation.

The draft also demands the removal of a naval blockade affecting Iranian maritime activity, including access through key shipping routes such as the Strait of Hormuz.
