The Israeli military has claimed that around 1,900 Iranian soldiers and commanders have been killed in its ongoing airstrike campaign against Iran. According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), the casualties occurred during a series of strikes targeting military facilities and leadership structures across Iran since the conflict escalated in late February.

IDF spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin stated that Israeli forces have conducted numerous air raids aimed at weakening Iran’s military capabilities. The Israeli Air Force reportedly struck key sites in cities including Tehran, Isfahan, and southern Iran, targeting military bases, infrastructure, and logistical networks.
